Welcome to HealthySample ("the App"). The App is operated by Jobs For The Needy ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

**1. Acceptance of Terms**

By accessing, downloading, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any other policies referenced herein.

**2. Description of the App**

The App is designed to assist users in a Facebook group by providing service recommendations based on the requests posted by users. Users can log in, interact, and request or offer recommendations through the App.

**3. User Accounts**

- **Eligibility:** You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

- **Registration:** To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

- **Termination:** We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

**4. User Conduct**

You agree not to use the App to:

- Post or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

- Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

- Engage in any conduct that would interrupt, destroy, limit the functionality of, or cause damage to the App or any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.

- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

**5. Content**

- **Your Content:** You retain ownership of any content you post on the App. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform your content in connection with the operation and promotion of the App.

- **Our Content:** The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Jobs For The Needy and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

**6. Sponsored Recommendations and Third-Party Services**

- **Sponsored Recommendations:** The App may include sponsored recommendations for third-party services at the top of user posts. These recommendations are clearly labeled as "Sponsored" and are provided for informational purposes. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of these services. Any transactions or interactions you have with third-party service providers are solely between you and the third party.

- **Transparency:** Sponsored recommendations will be marked as such to maintain transparency and comply with advertising guidelines.

**7. Privacy**

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the App, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

**8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability**

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the App; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the App by any third party; or (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

**9. Changes to the Terms**

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
